About Me
I was born in 1970 in Iran but faced challenges as an artist after the 1979 revolution. Seeking freedom of expression, I left Iran in 1996 and sought asylum in Bangkok, Thailand. After 14 years there, I resettled in the U.S. in 2009.
In America, I revived my dream of being an artist in a free society. Though I initially took a different path by serving in the U.S. Army due to destiny's redirection, injuries allowed me to retire. This marked a turning point as I could now pursue my passion for art.
After retiring, I achieved a Master of Fine Arts degree from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. I now reside in West Hills, California, continuing to create art from my home art studio. My journey reflects resilience, adaptation, and the pursuit of creative expression despite facing obstacles and changes.
